Rental Duration
- Standard rental is a 24-hour cycle from the time of pickup.
- Multi-day rentals are available on request at a discounted rate.
- Return the costume by the agreed time to receive your full deposit back.
Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit of ₹500 is collected with every rental.
- The deposit is returned as soon as you hand the costume back undamaged.
- Refunds are made via the same method used for payment (UPI / cash).
Late Fees
- A late fee of ₹100 per day applies for returns beyond the 24-hour cycle.
- Late fees are deducted from the security deposit.
- Please message us on WhatsApp if you need an extension in advance.
Damage Policy
- Minor wear from normal use is expected and never charged.
- Significant stains, tears, or missing accessories are deducted from the deposit.
- Costumes that cannot be restored are charged at the current replacement value.
Product Images

- Please inspect and confirm the costume in person at the store before you accept it — the piece you check and take is the piece you have agreed to rent.
Sanitization Standards
- Every costume is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each rental.
- Delicate and traditional pieces are steam-treated and hygienically packed.
- You never need to wash a costume before returning it — leave that to us.

Frequently Asked
How do I book a costume?
Browse the catalog, then tap “Check Availability on WhatsApp” on any item — or message us directly. You are also welcome to visit the store in person to look at the stock before you decide. We confirm the size, collect the rental fee and refundable deposit, and reserve it for your date.
Do I need to wash the costume before returning it?
No. Please do not wash or dry-clean the costume. We professionally sanitize every piece in-house after it is returned.
When do I get my security deposit back?
As soon as you return the costume undamaged and in the same condition you took it from us, your full deposit is handed back — via UPI or cash.
Can I rent for more than 24 hours?
Absolutely. Let us know your dates and we will quote a discounted rate for multi-day rentals.
Will the costume look exactly like the picture on the website?
Treat the pictures as a guide, not a guarantee. Some images are illustrative or digitally created, and colour, fabric, shade and accessories can differ from what you see on screen. Check the actual costume at the store when you pick it up and confirm you are happy with it before you take it.
